KYNA 8" Italian Chef's Vegetable and Cheese Knife - Jatoba Hardwood Handle

Italian chef's vegetable knife, from our Piano Collection. It's specifically designed for cutting vegetables and cheese, for food preparation, in the kitchen. However, it's so elegant that you can also use as a serving tool at the table. It has a very sharp 8" blade made of durable high carbon stainless steel, full tang, which adds weight and improves balance. Front and rear bolsters are also made of stainless steel.

• This Italian design vegetable knife has a refined functional design, specific for the purpose of cutting vegetables and cheese, for food preparation. First, it has two rows of holes along the blade, which create air pockets that avoid vegetables or cheese from sticking to the surface, while performing a cut. In addition, its curved edge and balanced weight allows you to easily chop, slice, dice and mince, in any angle, using a rocking motion technique.
